When does registration open?

Registration opens on Dec. 3, 2019

 

How do I secure a space for my child?

To secure a space, you must submit a completed application, registration fee and full summer fee. There are a limited number of spaces for each grade level.  Once each grade level is filled based on our numbers, we will close registration for that grade level. Application and payments can be completed below. 

 

How many weeks is camp, and do you have drop-in rates?

The program is nine weeks. Drop-in rates can be arranged according to availability.

How long is the camp?

The dates for the camp are from Monday, May 26- Friday, July 31st.

What are the hours of the camp?

The camp hours are from 7:30am-5:30pm.  *Doors will open promptly at 7:25 am* Early Drop off and Late Pick up options are available. Please note that there will be an additional fee for before/after care. Students must be picked up on time.  Students who are not picked up on time will be charged $2.50 per minute past the dismissal time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay by credit card, Cash App, check or cash.

What are the check-in/out procedures?

Your child’s safety is our primary concern. We will not release your child to an adult that is not on the application form. If there is an emergency, and your child is not going to be picked up by someone on the list, you must send an email, or you can call 770-282-7432 to make changes. That person must have identification that matches the name that given to us.

Will you serve lunch?

Yes. BTE Summer STEM Camp will provide lunch, dinner and a morning snack for each child.  

What curriculum will you be using?

At BTE Summer STEM Camp, we don’t have a set curriculum. We assess, design and develop a program that meets the needs of your child in Math and Literacy. Every child will be exposed to each discipline of STEM (Science, technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and will participate in an End Of The Year Showcase. Our goal is to make sure that each child’s experience is individualized so that we can give them the opportunity to be successful.

What is the cancellation fee?

If you register your child and then decide to remove them from the camp before camp starts, you will forfeit your registration payment. However, once Camp starts and you decide to remove your child, there will be no refunds.

The Application/Enrollment Fee is $50.00. This non-refundable fee covers the cost of testing, curriculum, and various supplies that will be used in the program throughout the summer. Payment of the Application/Enrollment Fee and the complete summer fee of $400 secures the child’s place in the program.

 

Before and after care $15.00 a week. This fee will be included in your tuition
